The B30’s hammers draw on felt-processing techniques developed for the CFX Concert Grand Piano, producing a tone that is clear, resonant, and sustained across the full 88-key range. The frame — cast using Yamaha’s vacuum process at a dedicated factory — supports over twenty tons of string tension while contributing directly to the character of the sound.
