Make or Model is great if not Height for uprights and depth for grands is a handy measurement to have on hand. They are all about 5 feet across the keyboard. - Pick up and drop off addresses
We need to know is it a house, apartment, and of any obstacles. - Inside Stairs

How many and if their are any turns or landings. - Obstacles
Do you have a steep hill, a long drive way with low trees or do you live on an island without bridge access? Please let us know before hand.
Do you need your piano moved? Our Parent company has a piano relocation service, they even check the plate to make sure it is intact and ready to be played. Remember a piano should always be tuned 4-6 weeks after having it moved.
