New, In-Box Delivered Items

Digital pianos purchased online at PrincetonPianos.com may be returned within 16 days of delivery and are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

To arrange pickup, please call (609) 403-6045 or email [email protected]. There is no need to bring the instrument to the store.

If you choose to exchange your purchase for a higher-level model or an acoustic piano, the restocking fee will be waived and the return period will be extended to 32 days from delivery.
This applies to online purchases only. Customers must visit the store to select the replacement instrument.

We will be happy to assist with any applicable warranty issues.

Pre-Owned Pianos — Online Purchases Only

Pre-owned pianos purchased online from PrincetonPianos.com may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund, minus:

A redelivery fee of $425 for upright pianos
A redelivery fee of $675 for baby grand or grand pianos
An 8% restocking fee

If you choose to switch to a different instrument, the redelivery and restocking fees will be waived, and the return period will be extended to 30 days from delivery. Customers must visit the store to select the replacement instrument.
