The Yamaha TA3 TransAcoustic is the flagship hybrid piano system, blending Japanese craftsmanship with Yamaha’s most advanced digital technology.
Unlike a standard silent piano, the TA3 turns the piano’s own wooden soundboard into the speaker. Digital voices resonate through real wood rather than a separate cabinet, so you can play at any volume, layer a digital voice over the acoustic strings, or drop to a whisper, all without reaching for headphones. There are 25 voices, including the Yamaha CFX and the Bösendorfer Imperial concert grands.
Available on Yamaha’s U Series and YUS Series uprights, and on GC and CX grands.
