The Yamaha CF Series is the pinnacle of what Yamaha builds — three concert-grade grand pianos handcrafted in the Yamaha Concert Grand Factory in Kakegawa, Japan, by the same master artisans who voice and regulate instruments for the world’s most prestigious stages. Built around the concept of “Beauty and Power,” every model in the series delivers a wide palette of expressive tonal colors paired with the dynamic presence to fill any room — from an intimate teaching studio to a major concert hall. The flagship CFX stands nine feet of pure concert authority; the CF6 at seven feet carries that same voice to recital stages; the CF4 at six feet three inches brings a surprisingly commanding CF Series sound to smaller performance spaces and private studios. All three share the same European spruce soundboards, hand-wound copper bass strings, and German felt hammers, individually voiced before leaving the factory.
